The mission of Gisele’s Centers for Education Organization is to reach out to orphaned and underprivileged children to help them achieve a good education.
Materials for Learning
Educational materials and school-appropriate consumables are required for learning. Nourishment is also needed to fuel the minds and bodies of society's future leaders. Sending supplies through international supply chains is not the best way to utilize donations graciously sent to support Giseles School. Donation funds are wired and transferred on a cyclic basis to provide the materials needed for in-classroom learning and supply one meal a day for the children on the local ecomony.
Learning outside the classroom
Gisele strives to enhance her students' learning experience. She coordinates an annual trip to the National Zoo to integrate some aspects of classroom learning with real-world experiences with animals indigenous to the region and nature.
Support beyond the classroom
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning. Gisele goes above and beyond to ensure to the best of her ability that every child who is a student of her school has the essentials of life outside the classroom.
